About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of Motorola Solutions' master data management. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively within various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in a specific function, assuming ownership of the process per the assigned role.
  • Manage and maintain customer master data, including setting up new accounts in multiple systems.
  • Transition and support pre-defined VS&A Customer Master processes.
  • Define, map, and establish support for new processes.
  • Participate in testing related to system and process change.
  • Manage salesperson information related to customer setups.
  • Engage in new projects and Database Cleanup.
  • Drive the comprehensive application of global and regional Customer Master Data processes.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced business with a focus on first-in, first-out cycle time.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, or other relevant systems is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Similar work experience required (minimum 1 year).
  • Data Governance Knowledge.
  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently.
  • Team player attitude is a must.
  • Experience working under time pressure/tight deadlines.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Capability to prioritize and efficiently handle various responsibilities.
