TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Contract Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing warranty claims and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and coordinate the maintenance contracts for customer equipment in SAP system
  2. Process contracts and oversee cycle of order fulfillment internal and external
  3. Coordinate and process warranty claims between dealer network and factories
  4. Support the equipment handover process and coordinate the logistic aspect of the handover execution
  5. Cooperate and continuously communicate with sales representatives, customers, vendors, and other internal stakeholders to execute sales operations smoothly and provide timely solutions & replies

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Relevant university degree (Master or Bachelor) in related field or equivalent through a combination of education and work experience (logistics / industrial or technically oriented business administration)
  2. Min 2 years of relevant experience in the defined Function
  3. Proven experience in stakeholders management on different levels
  4. SAP system knowledge would be preferable but is not essential
  5. Ability to work independently
  6. Competency in Google applications including Slides, Sheets, Docs, and G-Mail
  7. Business understanding and knowledge of KPI and customer success criteria
  8. Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
  9. Self-starter & self-motivated, proactive
  10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with internal customers
  11. Ability to drive and execute change
  12. Caring, reliable, and pioneering
  13. Willingness to travel
