Role Summary:

As a Business Analyst at ZF Group, you will be instrumental in driving market expansion initiatives and sales growth for our digital and connectivity solutions in the automotive industry. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable insights to drive results across multiple regions globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data and sales performance to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather insights, define target market segments, and develop go-to-market strategies for launching new products and expanding market presence.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgetary projections, and business cases to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation for sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and SWOT analysis to assess market positioning, identify competitive threats, and develop differentiated value propositions for our products in target markets.
  • Monitor industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure that our products meet regulatory guidelines and address customer needs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, sales analyst, or related role in the SAAS industry, preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Deep understanding of SAAS or automotive aftermarket industry landscape, including fleet management, OEMs, automotive distributors, and workshops, with knowledge of software workshop diagnostics solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence platforms preferred.
