Automotive Sales Operations Specialist

As an Automotive Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing actionable insights to drive sales and market expansion initiatives for ZF's digital and connectivity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the automotive aftermarket landscape;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather insights, define target market segments, and develop go-to-market strategies for launching new products and expanding market presence;
- Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Develop sales forecasts, budgetary projections, and business cases to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation for sales initiatives and market expansion efforts;
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and SWOT analysis to assess market positioning, identify competitive threats, and develop differentiated value propositions for our products in target markets;
- Monitor industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure that our products meet regulatory guidelines and address customer needs effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred;
- Proven experience as a business analyst, sales analyst, or related role in the SAAS industry, preferably within the automotive sector;
- Deep understanding of SAAS or automotive aftermarket industry landscape, including fleet management, OEMs, automotive distributors, and workshops, with knowledge of software workshops diagnostics solutions;
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations and business strategies;
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence platforms preferred.
Ranging from €50,000 to €70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
