Sales Process Improvement Specialist
At ZF Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and implementing scalable solutions to enhance sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex issues identified via regional escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Proactively identify process gaps impacting sales teams and implement scalable solutions using technology and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve sales issues and provide support to sales teams.
Process Excellence
- Drive excellence in the field sales experience by contributing to improvements in standardized processes related to escalation process management.
- Identify and initiate process improvement initiatives to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes to support sales activities.
- Surface and share best practices across regions to promote continuous improvement.
Coaching and Knowledge Building
- Aggregate information about tools, services, and knowledge from centralized teams and enterprise-wide services to support sales activities.
- Build and refresh training materials on sales activities in partnership with the training and documentation team to ensure sales teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

- Independence: Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving process improvements and solving complex issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales process improvement, project management, or related roles within the automotive or similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving process excellence and implementing scalable solutions to enhance sales operations.
- Proficiency in project design and management tools, like Zimbio and methodologies.
- Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and CRM tools like is a plus.
