Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at ZF Group. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence department, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and implementing scalable solutions to enhance sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex issues identified via regional escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Proactively identify process gaps impacting sales teams and implement scalable solutions using technology and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve sales issues and provide support to sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales process improvement, project management, or related roles within the automotive or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving process excellence and implementing scalable solutions to enhance sales operations.
  • Proficiency in project design and management tools, like Zimbio and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and CRM tools like is a plus.
