Sales Process Development Role

As a Sales Process Development Lead at ZF Group, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing key processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and roll out standardized processes that drive sales effectiveness across business lines and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of process improvements that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Taskforce Leadership: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Process Owners to establish clear goals and expectations for process development.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Connect with relevant stakeholders across the organization to provide the right elements to sell to the frontend sales organization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and staff the Sales Process Development team according to ZF's guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Change Agent: Strong passion for driving change and innovation within sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of leading complex projects from conception to implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales process development, project management, or related roles within the automotive (aftermarket) or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and implementing standardized processes to enhance sales effectiveness.
