Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Controlling Specialist to join our IT Function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy through detailed variance analysis, managing and overseeing IT cost billing, and preparing and reporting IT cost controls.

In this role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to align financial goals and strategies, participate in preparing and aligning IT cost plans, and prepare financial data and reports for senior management.

You will also identify opportunities to streamline finance and controlling processes for enhanced efficiency and partner with non-finance stakeholders to ensure the delivery of reliable financial data and support wider business needs.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, and at least 3 years of experience in controlling, audit, or accounting. You should be fluent in English (mandatory) and have advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

A strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and draw actionable insights, is essential for this role. You should also have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across various functions and levels.
