Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with operational and financial stakeholders to optimize business performance. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for analyzing and controlling revenue streams, costs, and forecasting.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Controlling: Ensure accurate and timely billing of revenue streams to customers.
  2. Cost Controlling: Analyze and control costs on operational and capital projects.
  3. Forecasting: Develop forecasts in partnership with Operational Finance Business Partners and Rig Team.
  4. Analysis: Drive ad hoc financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Simplify reports, analytics tools, and automate revenue and cost controlling processes.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance or equivalent.
  • 5+ Years of experience in finance with a focus on business controlling or related fields.
  • Full Proficiency in written and oral English (B2 level).
  • Knowledge of Project Cost Controlling within an ERP system.
  • Advanced Knowledge in revenue and cost accounting, and cost levers.
  • Experience in executing global processes and working or leading effectively.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of finance processes and policies.
