Siemen Gamesa is a global leader in energy technology, driving the energy transition and providing innovative solutions for a sustainable future. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the commercial performance of internal and external Major Project annual campaigns for Offshore Wind Farms.
  • Ensure financial results meet set targets, optimizing project gross profit, cash flow, and assets and financing instruments.
  • Ensure accuracy of project books and records, including recording in SAP and compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines and local GAAP requirements.
  • Manage project reporting and controlling activities.
  • Compile annual budgets and regular financial forecasts.
  • Communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage commercial issues.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to set up contract and claim management, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
  • Identify, evaluate, and assess commercial risks and opportunities, strategies, and response activities.
  • Support the Project Manager in selecting and involving partners/subcontractors.
  • Represent the project in relevant decision boards internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master's degree or successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in commercial project management.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, and SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and organized, with great communication skills within the team.
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on mindset with a desire to work proactively.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
