We are seeking an exceptional candidate for the position of Internal Project Manager with business analytics/support background to join our Offshore Constructions Excellent Team within Polish Offshore organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope and lead internal projects and initiatives within Offshore Constructions organization
  • Track projects progress, adoption rate of intended changes, identify risks and proactively implement mitigation measures
  • Collaborate across many different departments and offshore project teams
  • Develop, implement, and own change management framework
  • Create and deliver clear and compelling communication plan and materials for diverse audience
  • Facilitate and prepare workshops, meetings, and training sessions for various stakeholders
  • Drive and support Business Excellence activities to continuously improve business performance in the defined area of responsibility
  • Drive and support analysis of strengths and weak points of current business, identify improvement areas and support coordinated target setting across functions
  • Contribute to further development of methods and tools of the top+ Toolbox and related guidelines as a subject matter expert
  • Facilitate best practice sharing in his organizational unit and beyond
  • Provide transparency on status and progress and contribute to reporting and communication
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management / program management / product management, quality management, lean project management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organizations
  • Expertise in change management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and reports
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Evaluating a business's operations to analyze their cost and efficiency
  • Helping to develop project plans and ensuring their timely completion
  • Analyzing an organization's large data sets to provide actionable insights
  • Budgeting and conducting financial analysis
  • Recommending process improvements to increase a business's efficiency
  • Implements PM and PMO guidelines and processes
  • Administers and ensures adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards
  • Coordinates and decides upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization
  • Analyzes workflow environment and proposes improvements in PM operations
  • Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifies organizational issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge on Budget and Finance would be added advantage
