Job Title: Application Coordinator Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Coordinator Operations to join our team at Josera Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poznań and Nowy Tomyśl offices.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage 10-15 applications to control our production facilities, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Maintain, update, and upgrade applications, as well as configure settings and customize them to meet our specific needs.
  • Oversee authorization and user management, as well as document changes and updates.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and internal IT teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for errors and issues in the production environment, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with production planning, IT, and internal technical service departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Work approximately 50% of the time in the Nowy Tomyśl office, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in network infrastructure, workstations, servers, TCP/IP, and interfaces.
  • Proven experience in application management and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of technical and procedural contexts.
  • Analytical mindset and self-initiative, with a willingness to take on new technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple business areas.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Initial knowledge of MES systems and experience in a networked production environment.
  • German language proficiency.
