Product Owner Marketing Platform

At PAYBACK, we're looking for a skilled Product Owner to lead the development of our global marketing platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and designing our multichannel marketing platform, ensuring its transformation to the cloud, and overseeing the end-to-end development of digital products from vision to launch and optimization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design our global PAYBACK multichannel marketing platform and support its transformation to the cloud.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of digital products from vision to launch and optimization.
  • Translate individual customer requirements into technical product solutions and ensure optimal interaction between PAYBACK and partner systems.
  • Pioneer the digitization of markets in brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce.
  • Advise and support business and marketing departments in Germany and international PAYBACK markets in translating their ideas and requirements into viable product solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with various stakeholders from departments, platform architecture, development, and product management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field and generate appropriate product strategies.

Your Profile:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in product management for complex CRM and marketing platform solutions with a focus on backend functionalities, automated information exchange, and knowledge of technical data modeling.
  • Experience in project management and agile methods, prioritizing tasks, milestones, and budget.
  • Knowledge of standard software for CRM, sales, and marketing processes (e.g., SAS, Salesforce, ...).
  • Ability to understand, question, and optimize existing technical processes.
  • Confident, convincing, and recipient-oriented communication at all organizational levels.
  • Team spirit, creativity, and an open mindset.
  • Very good knowledge of English, ideally with proficiency in German.
