Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge and understanding of E2E supply systems and processes. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing Master Production Planning, including weekly Master Production Scheduling and high-level & quarterly Rough Cut Capacity based on finance/sales AOP and demand planning.
  • Preparing and executing Supply Review for Platform/Hub as part of the monthly iS&OP cycle.
  • Supporting the preparation of contingency plans for products to avoid availability issues, determining the best applications to fit cost models & supply strategies, and having monthly/weekly control on defined inventory/production modeling.
  • Supporting the total Category iS&OP process by providing timely input and insights to the Category E2E Region Manager.
  • Sharing expertise with other planners through exchange sessions and best practice sharing between both SP teams.
  • Prolink Export for PL & DACH, supporting the COE team in case of new system solution implementation.
  • Supporting DII management agenda, executing DII targets via effective inventory management, and collaborating with Finance/Control teams.
  • Becoming a natural backup for SC Plng Assoc Planner.
  • Driving standardization of planning processes and tools across all PL & DACH Beverage teams.
  • Supporting Business Continuity Planning by developing contingency plans for strategic supply chains and alternative sourcing.
  • Identifying the reason for low service and recommending improvements and solutions.
  • Suggesting cost and operations optimization within the area of responsibility.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of supply chain efficiency by leading assigned projects and/or participating in project groups.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high level of knowledge and understanding of E2E supply systems and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to build and sustain working relationships across internal BU's and external Suppliers.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Planning-thinking skills, highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgments.
  • Execution-commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workloads while working under pressure to challenging timelines.
  • Excellent ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally.
  • Skills and working knowledge of state-of-the-art information systems for planning tools (e.g., JDA, APO/SAP).
