About the Role

The Connected Planner is a critical supply chain professional responsible for ensuring efficient and effective planning processes. They bridge the gap between demand and supply, optimizing inventory, service levels, and cost management, serving as the representative of the Region. As the face of the Connected Planning Team, collaborate across functions, regions, and layers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term production plans aligned to market demand
  • Define and communicate OOS & Distress action plans
  • Optimize inventory tunnel reporting and management for copackers in scope
  • Ensure adherence to inventory targets
  • Conduct scenario analysis for decision-making
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Planning or Procurement
  • Resource Planning and Inventory Management
  • Effective risk management and issue resolution
Desirable Skills
  • MS Office & ERP software literate, Rapid Response proficiency preferred
  • Data Analysis and Reporting (PowerBI)
  • Root Cause Analysis Techniques
