Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Supply Planner to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Regional Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing customer service levels and inventories in one of our Coffee & Tea categories. You will work closely with various stakeholders and functions, including local Demand Planners, schedulers and planners in the Manufacturing units, External Co-Manufacturers, Supply Network Planners in the IHQ, Central Procurement, Initiative Management and Finance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring production is planned of the right volume at the right time to deliver customers on time and in full.
  • Managing the supply planning for several internal and external packing facilities and over 20 countries.
  • Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager and working as part of a team of highly motivated and ambitious supply chain professionals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning/production planning within a leading FMCG business.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience with SAP and APO is ideal, but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and take accountability for results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to address key messages to different stakeholders.
