About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to join our team. As an MS Dynamics Architect, you will be working on major transformation projects to enhance customer engagement through the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in Dynamics 365 to create innovative solutions that solve complex business problems, streamline processes, and improve customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading Technology Evaluation: You will lead the evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements, providing technical thought leadership and influencing key stakeholders in adoption decisions.
  • Solution Design: You will design innovative solutions to solve complex business problems, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
  • Functional and Technical Specifications: You will create detailed specifications for system customizations, data migration, and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document system requirements, build and configure Dynamics 365 forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
  • System Integration: You will lead system integrations, utilizing CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Platform Administration: You will implement Dynamics SDK and administer CRM systems using third-party tools like XRMToolbox, ensuring optimal platform performance.
  • Adoption and Improvement: You will support the adoption of Dynamics 365 and contribute to platform improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications, 5+ years of project experience, and 3+ years of consulting experience.
  • Certification: Professional certification in CRM or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Skills: Strong experience implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics and Dynamics 365, proven ability to create innovative solutions, and expertise in .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and C#.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in using Dynamics SDK, third-party tools such as XRMToolbox, and familiarity with Azure cloud platform and Dynamics 365 integrations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing project requirements.
