In this role as HR Administrator at Everfield UK Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to our employees. This includes managing employee records, administering payroll data, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Employee Record Management and Maintenance
  • Employment Contract Preparation and Documentation
  • New Hire Onboarding and Administrative Tasks
  • Maintenance of Personnel Files in Accordance with GDPR and Local Regulations
  • Work Time Records Compliance via HRIS System (Workday)
  • Occupational Health Documentation and Referrals
  • Employee Life Cycle Events and Documentation
  • Verification of Employment Certificates
  • PAYROLL AND BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
  • PAYROLL INPUT COLLECTION AND VERIFICATION
  • COLLABORATION WITH PAYROLL PROVIDERS FOR TIMELY SALARY PROCESSING
  • MANAGEMENT OF PPK REQUIREMENTS AND OPT-INS
  • BENEFIT PROGRAMS FOR EMPLOYEES (MEDICAL, MULTISPORT CARDS)
  • DOCUMENTATION OF ABSENCE AND LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS
  • LABOR LAW COMPLIANCE
  • ENSURING ADHERENCE TO LOCAL LABOR LAWS AND COMPANY POLICIES
  • SUPPORT IN WORKPLACE AUDITS AND INSPECTIONS
  • CREATION AND UPDATE OF INTERNAL HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
  • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
  • RESPONSE TO EMPLOYEE ENQUIRIES REGARDING HR POLICIES, PROCEDURES, BENEFITS, AND PAYROLL
  • SUPPORT IN DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDINGS AND DOCUMENTATION
  • PREPARATION OF REPORTS FOR FINANCE (HEADCOUNT, PAYROLL STATISTICS)
  • MONITORING OF HR METRICS (TURNOVER, ABSENTEEISM, HEADCOUNT)
  • EXIT PROCESSES
  • MANAGEMENT OF OFFBOARDING PROCESS (FINAL SETTLEMENTS, RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTY)
