Master Data Management Specialist with Expertise in Customer and Pricing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Master Data Management Specialist to join our team at PL18 Alcon Polska Sp. z o.o. Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer data and the pricing process in SAP and SFDC, ensuring business support and data consistency.

About the Role:

  • Create and maintain new customer and commercial accounts in SAP system and Salesforce.
  • Update customer master and price master data in SAP, perform data cleansing and quality checks, and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Manage all pricing and rebate administration, including price data administration and rebate administration.
  • Align pricing hierarchies and business processes for all franchises, including base price, promotions, discounts, freight, and rebates.
  • Propose and report improvements in processes and suggest ideas for enhancing SAP and Salesforce functionality.
  • Analyze problems reported by the business and propose solutions.
  • Develop reporting solutions and create reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments and report issues to the regional unit if necessary.
  • Participate in data management and participate in activities related to updating/cleaning data.
  • Align customer hierarchies with business processes for all franchises, including buying groups, franchises, and KA specifics structures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries/errors related to customer data.
  • Prepare cyclical reports and reports on demand according to business needs.

What You'll Bring:

  • English and Spanish proficiency at an advanced level (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in master data maintenance focusing on Customer and Pricing.
  • Customer Operations/Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of SAP environment, especially SD module.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP-BI.
  • SFDC knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Experience working within regional structures and remote teams.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is approximately 60,000-80,000 PLN per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
