Customer Data Specialist with Pricing Expertise

As a Customer and Pricing Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer data and the pricing process in SAP and SFDC, ensuring business support and data consistency through accurate updates and standardization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and maintaining new customer and commercial accounts in SAP and Salesforce
• Updating customer master and price master data in SAP, checking reports in accordance with compliance procedures, and performing regular data cleansing and quality checks
• Responsible for all pricing and rebate administration, including price data administration and rebate administration
• Pricing hierarchies' alignment of pricing business processes for all franchises, including base price, promotions, discounts, freight, and rebates
• Proposing and reporting improvements in processes, as well as reporting ideas for improving SAP and Salesforce functionality
• Analyzing problems reported by the business and proposing solutions
• Creating and developing reporting solutions
• Cooperating with other departments and reporting problems to the regional unit if not possible to solve locally
• Participating in data management processes and activities related to updating/cleaning data
• Customer hierarchies alignment with business processes for all franchises, including buying groups, franchises, and KA specifics structures
• Acting as the first point of contact for inquiries/errors related to customer data
• Preparing cyclical reports and reports on demand according to business needs
• Ensuring data compliance with control requirements, internal processes, and compliance requirements
• Completing AFCM controls relating to the business area

Requirements:

• English and German on an advanced level in written and spoken
• 2-5 years previous experience in master data maintenance focusing on Customer and Pricing
• Customer Operations/Customer Service experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP environment, especially SD module
• Good computer skills (including Microsoft Office, SAP-BI)
• SFDC knowledge and experience is a plus
• Experience in working within regional structures and in remote teams
• Customer orientation and achievement of goals, commitment, and care for the final result of tasks
• Resistance to stress; positive attitude to changing conditions
• Ability to work in a team, effective communication with employees at every level of the organization
• Building effective relationships with internal/external customers by gaining their trust and respect
