Baxter is a leading global MedTech company dedicated to saving and sustaining lives. We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Senior Specialist/ Pricing Manager to join our outstanding COE Pricing Team based in Warsaw.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all strategic pricing activities in Western Europe, providing full strategic and analytical pricing support to Senior Leadership, and crafting and improving pricing tools or dashboards that measure the impact, support decision-making, and improve pricing performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing pricing/profitability management activities, Pricing Mentorship creation (Floor and Target prices), reviewing the pricing performance of products, and participating in various pricing-related projects.
  • Optimizing operational pricing for peak performance and profitability to ensure maximum efficiency with groundbreaking insights and expertise for even greater success.
  • Supporting WE country Teams with process improvements, automation, technical knowledge (systems, platforms, reporting), etc.

Requirements include:

  • University Degree (preferably Economics / Business Studies, Finance).
  • Previous work experience in pricing or business analysis with healthcare/medical/pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proficient in both Polish and English – regional Western Europe responsibility.
  • Sophisticated user knowledge of MS Excel including tools building and optimization (VBA, Power BI/Tableau knowledge is helpful).
  • Ability to work with big, sophisticated datasets, various systems, platforms, and tools to combine them and transform them into user-friendly working tools.
