About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager - Strategic Pricing Lead to join our team at Allegro sp. z o.o.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve business results
  • Lead pricing/performance revisions and define pricing changes/tests to support long-term transition/development of advertising products
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Technology teams to develop pricing tools for advertising products and new features for merchants
  • Work closely with initiative owners to control and enhance the impact of advertising products on revenue growth
  • Improve pricing strategies by gathering merchant feedback and conducting competitive benchmarking to stay ahead in the market

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in leading data-driven projects (preferably commerce-oriented projects within blue-chip FMCG/Retail/e-Commerce companies or Top-Tier Consulting organizations)
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking and resolution in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent, structured communication skills and ability to communicate flawlessly in Polish and English
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment at Top Management level
