Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will work on projects of strategic nature in areas of Procurement transformation, digitalization, and Enterprise-wide transformation under the supervision of e-Procurement Managers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on transformation projects with main e-Procurement solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba etc).
  • Follow market developments and trends, share them internally and translate them into strategic thought leadership.
  • Share relevant prior experiences and procurement domain expertise.
  • Provide technical and functional expertise to customers during the implementation process.
  • Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation towards a successful, on-time implementation.
  • Forge strong partnerships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Assisting with scoping prospective engagements and developing client proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business administration, management, business information systems, or similar.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Procurement department and in Procurement consulting.
  • Previous consulting experience required.
  • Experience and know-how with main solutions (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba) and Procurement Transformation, combined with experience in Project Management.
  • An analytical mindset to critically question facts, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity.
  • Fluency in German and English; French language capabilities considered a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
