Requirements:

  • Fundamental to this role is a strong proficiency in the English language (min.C1)
  • We are looking for an individual with a Master's degree, preferably in Finance and Accounting
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in R2R(record to report) area is required
  • The candidate must have proven experience in Team Leader Role - min. 1 year
  • Good Excel knowledge is necessary (preparation of reports, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Good knowledge of SAP is also required

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all activities are performed as per SLA/KPI
  • Goals setting and monitoring of goals realization, timely feedback on performance
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new joiners
  • Client management
  • Support to the team in day-to-day tasks realization
  • Backup structure setting and monitoring
  • Maintaining SOPs and time studies according to internal policies
  • Continuous improvement of the process
