About the Role

Hitachi Energy Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer to join our R&D team in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge electronics systems for our High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic hardware platforms for HVDC control and protection systems
  • Develop and implement robust electronic designs, including analogue and digital circuits, high-speed electronics, and optoelectronics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test electronic systems
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation, including schematics, layouts, and testing reports
  • Participate in process and tool improvement activities to enhance team efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in hardware design, with a focus on analogue and digital circuits
  • Practical knowledge of hardware design tools, such as SPICE, Altium, PADS, and Zuken CADSTAR
  • Experience with laboratory test and measurement equipment, as well as circuit board testing
  • Strong commitment to safe work practices and adherence to relevant workplace safety guidelines
