IT Agility Senior Consultant

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced IT Agility Senior Consultant to join our team and help shape the way agility is understood and practiced by our IT organization. As a key member of our Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, you'll collaborate closely with our teams and managers to help them learn and adopt necessary knowledge, practices, and skills for their transformation journey towards more agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or participate in workshops to align, review, and maintain common standards for processes, practices, roles, tools, metrics, and terminology for agility across the organization.
- Review IT delivery setups, processes, practices, and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify options for improving the usage of tools and automation, including the use of deployment pipelines.
- Advise and coach teams and their managers on implementing lean-agile practices.
- Present changes and report newly adopted concepts or definitions to management stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- A University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A focus on process improvement or project management would be advantageous.
- Work experience working in an agile team applying some of the following methodologies or practices: Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development, and Continuous Integration.
- Knowledge of and experience with change management and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
- Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do attitude.
- Fluent English Language.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
