Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Intelligent Automation Consultant to join our team. This role involves designing and managing HR automation initiatives, improving efficiency and accuracy of HR processes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current HR systems, processes, and workflows to provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support deployment of automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) within HR functions.
  • Create and curate automation knowledge base for HR.
  • Work closely with the HR leadership, Automation and GenAI Lead on next generation of HR Global Process Model (Automation centric).
About You
  • Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1)
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization
  • Understanding of GenAI basic concepts and business applications
  • Understanding of HR processes and systems (nice to have)
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle Cloud HCM. (Nice to have)
