About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute their expertise in HR transformation. The successful candidate will specialize in providing consulting services to various clients, focusing on the development and optimization of HR service models.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engagement Management: You'll manage the full scope of client engagements, from planning to resourcing, governance, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and effective stakeholder management.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in HR service delivery for diverse clients, driving business value and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with client IT and HRIS teams to integrate technology and automation, streamlining HR processes and improving overall efficiency.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new service models, engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and providing training as needed.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that HR service models comply with specific laws and regulations applicable to each client, implementing risk mitigation strategies to maintain compliance.
  • Business Case Construction: Work closely with client leadership stakeholders to create business case models, identifying required changes, efforts, and investments, and balancing these against expected returns on investment and benefit achievements.
About You
  • Academic Excellency: A bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 5 years of practical project experience in HR transformation and a minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, showcasing your depth of understanding and skills.
  • Experience in HR Technology Implementation: Proven track record of successfully implementing HR technology solutions, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR software, to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Consulting Experience: Practical experience in project management in the HR environment, with extensive experience in HR process design, optimization, and transformation.
  • Conceptual Talent: Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work, demonstrating your ability to drive innovative solutions.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with strong presentation and moderation skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
