Lead the development and execution of human resources strategies for the Europe region at Honeywell Technology Solutions.

This role requires an experienced HR leader who can partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to deliver HR services, drive talent management, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate will build upon their HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives, promoting talent growth and strategic success.

A key focus will be on creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups to increase overall performance and drive continuous improvement through HTS transformation.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent in Europe.
  • Deploy talent strategy across HTS Europe, strengthening organization structure and managing stakeholders across countries and global SBGs.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive effectiveness through developing organization design and leadership changes.
  • Ensure proactive change management, linking needs, communications, tools, and processes with overall business cultural direction.
  • Work closely with Business & functional stakeholders to build HR strategy and own its deployment.
  • Lead and enable the team to demonstrate high strategic intent through influence and engage in M&A activity as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' progressive professional HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years' experience in HR leadership/management roles within a regional and matrix organization.
