We are seeking a dedicated Travel Support Specialist with expertise in the Dutch language to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to travelers from various backgrounds.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your language skills and deliver high-quality service to an international client base within a structured and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have a native or near-native level of proficiency in Dutch (C1) and fluent English (B2), both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred, especially with exposure to CRM systems or digital customer service platforms.

Your onboarding process will include thorough training on company tools, CRM systems, and customer service best practices. Our experienced team will provide you with the resources and guidance you need to excel in this role, helping you build a foundation for a successful career in customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Act as the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism.
  • Booking Management: Facilitate reservations adjustments, such as date or destination changes, and manage updates to customer profiles.
  • Comprehensive Advisory: Guide clients on flight options, packages, rates, and policies, adding value to their travel plans with accurate and tailored advice.
  • Resolution of Cancellations and Refunds: Handle cancellations and refunds with precision and empathy, ensuring clients feel well-supported throughout their experience.
Compensation & Benefits
