Accounts Receivable Professional with Financial Expertise

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire cash allocation process, ensuring seamless cash management, credit management, and AR master data management.
  • Maintain accurate credit limits for each customer within the system, aligning with Credit Insurance company and Bank Guarantees regulations.
  • Evaluate and apply credit limits effectively.
  • Review and release daily delivery blocks in a timely manner.
  • Closely monitor payments on a daily basis.
  • Collect all outstanding items due from assigned accounts.
  • Effectively manage disputes and discrepancies.
  • Prepare a range of credit and collection documentation.
  • Perform other receivables activities, including invoice and credit note checks, recharges, collections calls, and dunning preparation.
  • Reconcile and analyze account balances during the month-end process.
  • Foster communication with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents.
  • Support internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
  • Aid in the transition of local AR processes to the service center.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess a Master's degree in economics or business administration with a major in accounting.
  • Be proficient in business English and possess good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show an ability to work in teams, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of financial accounting, reporting, and internal control, which is an advantage.
  • Have previous experience in a Financial Shared Services environment for a global company, which is an asset.
  • Exhibit a willingness to continuously improve (open to innovative ideas and feedback).
  • Experience in supporting process transitions is beneficial.
  • Be open to international travel activities.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of MS Office.
