Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Medius payment management system. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the integration of Microsoft D365 and various non-standard ERP systems, including iScala and M3 Movex.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within ERP and financial process implementations. A deep understanding of complex IT landscapes is required, along with experience in leading projects that integrate multiple components within a unified ERP platform.

A Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is essential, as well as exceptional attention to detail, work ethics, and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are also necessary for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the Medius system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management methodologies and tools.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial processes such as Purchase-to-Pay (PtP) and Accounts Payable (AP) within the Shared Services framework.
