The Account Acquisition Professional will focus on driving ThunderSoft's growth by attracting new clients in the IT outsourcing sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and expanding ThunderSoft's services such as Smart Vehicle and Smart Terminal. The successful candidate will leverage sales expertise to secure new partnerships and contribute to long-term business growth.
Responsibilities- New Business Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients to expand ThunderSoft's IT business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets, including outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Pitch and Proposal: Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or related field (Master's is a plus).
- Experience: 3-5+ years in business development or sales, preferably in IT outsourcing.
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation and networking abilities, with knowledge of IT services and outsourcing.
