Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Incident and Problem Management Leader to join our team at Xperi. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage Incidents: Actively manage the processes of Incident and Problem Management across the range of products and services, ensuring minimal disruption to customers and swift recovery from failures.
  • Identify, Resolve, and Prevent Problems: Identify, resolve, and proactively prevent Problems and Incidents, driving Root Cause Analysis to define corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Lead Problem Management Meetings: Host and lead Problem Management meetings and MIRs (Major Incident Reviews) with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service.

  • Strong IT Problem Management Experience
  • Experience with IT Operational Environments
  • Proven Experience with Service Improvement
  • Ability to Work with Stakeholders
  • Fluent English Proficiency
