Lead Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our team at RISK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and experience in leading teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.

This role involves overseeing the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. The candidate will also identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in the gaming or online casino industry.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
