Power Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager for Power Solutions, you will be part of an international team that contributes directly to the company's success. Your main responsibility will be to execute and build a strong sales pipeline and customer leads through active promotion of MAN ES Power Segment related products in Poland.

The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of seasoned sales experience with a successful track record, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and/or complex products as engines and turbines. You should have a detailed understanding of the business at both technical and commercial levels, as well as the ability to work with stakeholders in large companies.

In this position, you will lead and manage project opportunities and core project teams, identify target projects, and achieve defined order intake for the assigned region. You will also develop and document sales project tactics and activities in CRM, support the establishment of project structures, and negotiate contracts to reduce risks and find right solutions.

  • You should hold an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background, together with a commercial background.
  • You are assertive and motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • You can work under time pressure and handle stress.
  • You are service-oriented, a team player with a flexible and open mindset.
