Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Business Manager to join our team and take on a challenging role in expanding our business with companies from the Nordic countries.

You will be responsible for researching our clients and prospects' organizations to identify decision-makers aligned with our offerings, collaborating with our technical and managerial team to prepare proposals and secure contracts, and tailoring sales materials to resonate with individual client needs.

This position requires someone who can demonstrate high motivation, courage to work in outbound sales, and build lasting relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, be a natural relationship builder, and possess a positive attitude with a strong focus on detail.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct research to identify potential clients and their organizational structures.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with our technical and managerial team to develop proposals and secure contracts.
  4. Manage the sales and delivery cycle from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Natural relationship builder with a strong focus on detail and the ability to foster trust through professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, not giving up easily, understanding the process and effort it takes to reach success.
  • Quick learner with a curious mind, eager to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT landscape.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, headhunting, or a related field, with a demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets (preferably in the IT area).
