TN Poland is a leading fintech company that offers innovative payment solutions to its clients.
We are seeking an experienced Payments Reconciliation Expert to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment reconciliation processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reconciliation, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment. You should possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Transaction Monitoring Analyst to oversee the reconciliation of financial transactions across multiple platforms. This includes bank accounts, payment gateways, and internal systems. The successful candidate will investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues.
In addition, the Transaction Monitoring Analyst will analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks. They will also collaborate with treasury, business development, and technical support teams to improve reconciliation processes and system integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reconciliation, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, banking operations, and financial instruments.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proven experience in card transaction reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Positive about changes and driven to build strong communication within the team.
- Experience with ERP systems and payment gateways is a plus.
- Previous experience with Tableau and Power BI would be a plus.
- At least an intermediate level of English and fluency in Russian language.
