Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Planning

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality financial planning and analysis support to the Planning and Fulfillment team in the EMEA region.
  • Manage approximately 25% of the annual budget for this function, with a total budget of approximately $332M.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Ops Team to prepare the annual budget, forecasts, and analysis for the control and management of the P&F operations.
  • Act as a Finance Business Partner for EMEA Planning & Fulfillment Leadership, leveraging financial and business expertise to support process improvements, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the P&F processes (Plan, Forecast, LRP) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Provide financial and business support to function enabling optimal business decisions.
  • Prepare the Monthly/Quarterly Results Review, periodic LBE's working closely with market leadership, participating and leading monthly reviews of results.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for strategic evaluations, financial simulations, and Excel modeling to provide insightful recommendations and support for management decision-making.
  • Drive and own global financial initiatives alignment with function along with updates in the global FP&A process.
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong Analyst demonstrating at least 3 years of experience in key finance competencies and qualifications in relevant experience with financial planning and reporting within ISC/P&L structure.
  • Experienced user of PowerPoint, Excel, JD Edwards (JDE), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Cognos BI systems (or similar solutions) with an eagerness to learn and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Person with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with global business partners.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities familiar with accounting processes and strong business acumen.
  • Individual with time management and influencing skills to drive initiatives and the ability to work cross-functionally managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English speaker and graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
