Job Title: Financial Planning Analyst, EMEA FP&A

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global MedTech company, Baxter International Inc. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the strategic planning, annual budgeting, forecasting processes, and monthly performance reviews for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of management presentations for the EMEA region
  • Collaborate closely with in-country business partners and finance teams to review projections, budgets, and historical results
  • Update process flows, operating manuals, training guides, and standard operating procedures
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly reports, forecasts, and annual budget/strategic plan preparation
  • Coordinate escalation/identification of issues and advise Finance leadership of potential business and operational risks
  • Support the delivery of comprehensive monthly reporting packages for management
  • Perform strategic ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to assess business performance and facilitate decision-making
Requirements:
  • Expert in technical and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of internal control requirements and accounting principles
  • Strong analytical skills, with 2+ years of proven experience in financial planning and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with high proficiency in speaking and writing in English
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), experience in JD Edwards (JDE), and HFM/FCC a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Economics (or similar area)
