About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Warner Bros. Discovery as a Senior FP&A Business Analyst, supporting the Ad Sales revenue domain within the COE for EMEA. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the overall finance transformation roadmap, setting standards for FP&A processes related to Ad sales revenue management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively prepare and update high-quality data, models, and analysis to support forecasting and month-end close processes.
  • Manage financial modeling based on market trends and key KPIs, providing expertise and insights to commercial teams.
  • Develop and update standard SMT and local commercial team reporting to highlight important trends, events, or unexpected variances.
  • Collaborate with Billing/Revenue Accounting/Collections teams to support month-end closing processes and review accruals.
  • Assist business partners with Ad sales-related projects and support automation and simplification projects to improve efficiency in the FP&A Ad sales area.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A and financial reporting.
  • Diversified experience in financial planning, modeling, and strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to establish professional, trust-based relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
