Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to manage projects that align with business objectives and priorities.

You will lead project tasks using waterfall and agile methodologies, managing budgeting, task prioritization, estimates, team allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include understanding business requirements, coordinating translation into technical requirements, maintaining dialogue with stakeholders, developing and managing project plans, facilitating communication with internal and external suppliers, identifying and managing risks and issues, creating project status reports, and ensuring adherence to Hitachi Energy's delivery methodology.

You will also be responsible for monitoring project budgets and forecasts, reporting project expenses and variations, supporting process improvements, promoting best project management practices, and maintaining PMO artifacts and key department documentation.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a matrixed organization.
