We are seeking a Senior Business Expansion Specialist to lead our efforts in expanding our service branch for German-speaking markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring key contractors and negotiating cooperation agreements in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience in temporary work or service sales in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. You will work directly with our Board, and your ideas will be implemented immediately. No micromanagement and full autonomy in your actions will allow you to spread your wings, with the prospect of becoming a Country Manager in Germany within the next year.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our operations in the German market, including cost control.
  • Monitor labour law regulations and other legal requirements in Germany.
  • Acquire key contractors and negotiate cooperation agreements in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
