We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong client relationships while securing new international business partnerships, focusing on private label products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and Develop Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Secure New Business Partnerships: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to secure new partnerships.
  • Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Conduct thorough market analysis, monitoring competitors and identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Sales Strategies and Performance Analysis: Develop and implement sales strategies, providing regular performance analysis and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Product Promotion and Branding: Promote the company's products and values in international markets, ensuring a strong brand presence.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in export sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong emphasis on private label products.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a significant plus.
  • Strategic Thinking and Negotiation: Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and drive complex negotiations.
  • Relationship-Building and Collaboration: Demonstrated success in relationship-building and collaboration, particularly in key markets such as UK, DACH, Central and Eastern Europe, Western Europe, and the EMEA region.
  • Results-Driven and Proactive: Proactive and results-driven, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
