We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our export sales efforts. As Head of Export, you will be responsible for managing our assigned export sales area, servicing our export clients, and acquiring new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active management of the assigned export sales area
  • Ongoing servicing of the company's export clients
  • Acquisition of new clients
  • Achievement of established sales plans
  • Monitoring market situations and competitor activities
  • Preparation of sales analyses and reports
  • Team management
  • Opening company subsidiaries in subsequent countries

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position – in the cosmetics industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Practical knowledge in the field of international trade specifics
  • Very good command of MS Office package – especially Excel
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
  • Communication skills, independence, proactive attitude
