The Functional Delivery Manager in the Data Segmentation & Activation team will be responsible for developing and enhancing our consumer data platform and marketing segmentation tool. This role involves managing the product backlog, translating business requirements into development tasks, and serving as a liaison between business functions and IT delivery teams.

Key Tasks:
  • Specify requirements to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and manage priority changes for the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with support and market engagement teams to provide updates on new capabilities and gather feedback on user pain points.
  • Act as an expert on the consumer data platform and marketing automation, possessing deep knowledge of the data model, platform architecture, and interactions with external data sources or systems receiving our data.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, applied math, engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have business professional expertise in data analysis and insights generation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across functions.
