Lead IT Transformation

Human4Human Recruitment seeks an exceptional IT Managing Director to spearhead our company's technological advancement. As a visionary leader, you will drive business success in the IT industry by developing and implementing innovative strategies, leading high-performing teams, and making impactful decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's business strategy for the OT/IT industry.
  • Manage a team of technical, sales, and logistics professionals, focusing on project management, performance, and business efficiency.
  • Form OT/IT project teams and select technologies for clients.
  • Manage the company's budget and report on the achievement of business goals.
  • Motivate and support employees in their tasks, and participate in industry events.

Position Goals:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's business model, core values, and culture within one month.
  • Formulate strategic initiatives to improve business performance and efficiency within three months.
  • Ensure alignment of all departments with the new strategy and monitor its impact within six months.

We Require:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Higher education in management, economics, or marketing; MBA studies are an asset.
  • Practical experience in team management and IT project management.
  • Knowledge of operational and financial management.
  • Proven track record in developing a client portfolio in the OT/IT industry.
  • Experience in project work, particularly in strategic management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ability to manage projects and conduct commercial negotiations.
  • High analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
