Job Description:

Schenker Technology Center Warsaw seeks a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to drive the design and implementation of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall architecture and operational delivery of underlying products and functionalities, ensuring seamless service management and delivery within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving solution development and product support,Creating compliant solution strategies for demands (feasibility studies) aligning with customer requirements and solution development standards,Developing technical, application, and technology architectures in alignment with IT architecture principles,Ensuring consistency and quality of respective products from a solution architecture perspective,Steering and monitoring implementation partners during design and implementation phases,MAPPING CLIENT/BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS TO SYSTEMS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS,Considering performance, IT security, availability, documentation, monitor-ability, and audit-ability aspects,Ensuring expected application quality attribute levels are achieved,Leading and delivering requirements, scoping, and design workshops to ensure well-documented requirements,Acting as a quality gatekeeper to ensure operational readiness and timely delivery of implementations and ongoing services,Supporting review of cost and design optimised solution designs based on understanding of costs and returns of investments,Providing expert-level support and technical mentoring to implementation and delivery teams and/or operational units,Maintaining deep knowledge of ServiceNow's capabilities and constraints,Recognising and developing opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform,Supporting internal service review meetings covering performance, quality aspects, and processes,Creation, alignment, and implementation of architectural guidelines for the area of responsibility,Delivering hands-on configuration, development, and integration services and serving in a delivery assurance capacity for deliverables,Working in an agile environment and experienced in agile development methods,Planning and coordinating all phases of releases and testing, designing and overseeing development of testing related work products, leading test remediation cycles,Developing and presenting business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders, supporting creation and delivery of presentations and product demonstrations,Cooperating with Pre-Sales Solution Consultants/Architects on enhancements and new business solutions,Following up on outstanding development needs and providing status reports to stakeholders,Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences,Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements,Acting as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for his/her products towards the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience,
  • Typically requires 5 years of relevant technical and business experience in the area of ITSM and HRM as well as knowledge of the processes of service management esp. for solution in ServiceNow,
  • Experience with IT Service Management and Human Resource Management tools esp. ServiceNow,
  • Experience to work in cross-functional and global teams,
  • Positive and integrative collaboration skills establishing strong supportive relationships cross all departments,
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally,
  • Fluent in English language skills.
