We are actively recruiting a seasoned ServiceNow expert to join our EPAM Systems Engineering Core team. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the global implementation of ServiceNow within our client's product organization from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ServiceNow globally within the client's product organization from the ground up.
  • Develop various modules including ITSM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, Event Management, HRSD, WSD, GRC, and Integrations.
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce, SAP, etc.
  • Maintain platform consistency and integrity.
  • Oversee patching and upgrades of ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external customer representatives, and other vendors.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, WSD, and HRSD.
  • At least 6 months of experience with ServiceNow WSD Module implementation.
  • Strong team player and communicator.
  • Self-organized and able to work with minimal supervision on tasks.
  • Presentation skills to demonstrate results to business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Consulting mindset to provide recommendations and improvements according to ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.
