We're seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer with Italian to join our team at Stefanini. As a key member of our technical support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving complex technical issues and delivering outstanding results.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to clients via remote connections, resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, using clear and concise language.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English and Italian languages, with B2+ level proficiency.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles, preferably in a similar industry.
